Terms & Conditions

Service: Our "White Glove" service provides delivery of your rental appliances and other items on your specified date at no additional cost. We will install them in the location of your choice. Please note that if you are not present at your rental home during delivery, we will leave the appliance and other items outside. This service includes free extension cords if needed. Additionally, we will pick up your rental items on the specified pick-up date.

 

Guarantee: If your fridge/freezer, air conditioner, or any other rental item fails to operate properly, we will make every effort to deliver a replacement to your home as quickly as possible. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund. This guarantee is valid for the entire duration of your rental period.

 

Rental Agreement: The renter is responsible for any fines or tickets incurred as a result of our rental items. To ensure compliance, please check with your development or Homeowners Association (HOA) in advance for clearance regarding your appliance rental.

 

Sukkah Damages: The renter is not responsible for weather-related damage to the sukkah. However, the renter is liable for any damage caused by negligence or misuse during the rental period. Yom Tov Rentals is not responsible for replacing or repairing your sukkah due to weather damage.

 

Miscellaneous Damages: The renter is fully responsible for the repair costs of any damages to the rental items, including appliances, machines, sukkahs, and any other provided equipment, except for normal wear and tear.

 

Payment: We accept payments via credit and debit cards, and all transactions will be processed online.

 

Cancellations and Refunds: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your rental date. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the booking.
