Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Yom Tov Rentals. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of appliances, sukkahs, and other equipment provided by Yom Tov Rentals. By placing an order, reserving equipment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Delivery and Installation (“White Glove Service”)

Yom Tov Rentals offers a complimentary White Glove Delivery Service within the Orlando, Florida area.

This service includes:

  • Delivery of rental appliances and equipment on the scheduled delivery date.

  • Placement and basic installation of equipment in the location designated by the renter.

  • Provision of extension cords if reasonably necessary for operation.

The renter, or an authorized representative, is encouraged to be present at the time of delivery.

If no one is present, the renter authorizes Yom Tov Rentals to leave the equipment outside or at the rental property. Once the equipment has been delivered, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the renter.

Rental equipment will be picked up on the scheduled pick-up date unless otherwise arranged.

2. Equipment Operation Guarantee

Yom Tov Rentals guarantees that all rental equipment will be delivered in proper working condition.

If any rented appliance or equipment (including refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or other items) fails to operate properly during the rental period:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver a replacement item as quickly as possible.

  • If a replacement cannot be provided, a full or prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

This guarantee applies only to mechanical or operational failure not caused by misuse, negligence, improper electrical supply, or external damage.

3. Compliance With Local Rules and HOA Regulations

The renter is responsible for ensuring that the use and placement of rented equipment complies with:

  • Applicable City of Orlando and Orange County regulations

  • Any applicable Homeowners Association (HOA) rules

  • Any rules governing the renter’s vacation property or development

The renter assumes responsibility for any fines, tickets, or violations incurred as a result of the placement or use of rental equipment.

4. Sukkah Damage Policy

The renter is not responsible for weather-related damage to a sukkah caused by natural conditions such as wind or rain.

However, the renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification of the sukkah during the rental period.

Yom Tov Rentals is not responsible for replacing or repairing a sukkah damaged by weather conditions after installation.

5. Damage to Rental Equipment

The renter is responsible for maintaining rental equipment in reasonable condition during the rental period.

The renter agrees to be financially responsible for damage to any rental equipment including but not limited to:

  • Appliances

  • Machines

  • Sukkah structures

  • Electrical accessories

  • Other rental equipment

This responsibility excludes normal wear and tear.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method used during booking.

6. Payment

All payments must be completed online through our secure payment system.

We accept:

  • Major credit cards

  • Debit cards

By submitting payment information, the renter authorizes Yom Tov Rentals to charge the provided payment method for:

  • Rental fees

  • Applicable taxes

  • Damage or replacement costs if necessary

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled rental delivery date.

If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law, Yom Tov Rentals shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of food or perishable items stored in rental appliances

  • Damage caused by improper electrical connections at the rental property

  • Weather-related damage occurring after delivery

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
